Safety precuations of sintering furnace:

1. Cut off the power when the oven is not in use.

2. Clean the oven every two months.

Clean furnace method:

1. Crush the waste zirconia (white zirconia) into small pieces 5-10 mm in size.

2. Put 4-6 pieces into the sinter plate (in the crucible), close the lid, then take 8-10 pieces and place the sinter plate in the middle of the oven.

Sintering program:

room temperature----10℃/ min heating rate-heating to 1600℃-----insulation for two hours-------natural cooling.

Burn repeatedly until the white zirconium color permeability is normal and the furnace is clean.
